TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Trade Site booking confirmed via invoice and all fees are non-refundable.
2. Entry ticket/s must be sited on entry or fees will apply.
3. Trade Site holder can access the Showgrounds after 3pm, Thursday, 7th May 2026.
4. To secure your Trade Site, full payment must be completed by the Friday, 24th April 2026.  If full payment is not received by the due date, your site may be reallocated to another party.
5. The Crows Nest AH&I Society Inc. and all committee members are NOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any  insurance claims brought against any Trade Site holder and will not be held liable for any injury caused by a trade site  holder or their equipment.
6. All electrical equipment must display a current “Test & Tag” from a registered agent confirming each is safe for use.
7. All machinery and any other mechanical equipment must comply with the relevant state regulations .
8. Each Trade Site holder must provide a current Certificate of Currency for proof of appropriate insurance with their  trade site application.
9. If required by Queensland Government regulations, a Covid Statement of compliance must be presented with the  trade site application. 1
10. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and accept them as legally binding, as if signed in writing.
