Caravan Clubs and individuals offer our rural town “drought-proof income”, with many great local businesses looking forward to the next Club’s rally on our grounds. Situated only 40 minutes from Toowoomba, the Crows Nest Showgrounds are a wonderful resting point away from the city bustle when enjoying festivals and large events with your club.
Immerse yourself in the High Country Hamlets and see all Crows Nest has to offer by using the FREE Community WiFi installed at the Crows Nest Showgrounds. Reaching a 100m radius, it's the perfect way to plan a unique and memorable Club or individual outing in the Crows Nest district by accessing local tourist websites. This project was made possible thanks to a Toowoomba Regional Council Business Economic Development Grant.

Complete a Group Stay/Venue Hire Form or forward your own Caravan Club Booking form

On the Show Committee’s acceptance of your application- a Ground Hire agreement will be sent to you. Hire agreement are to be returned and signed to confirm your booking.
